To enrich employees' cultural life, strengthen team cohesion and collaborative spirit, relieve work pressure, and foster a positive corporate culture, Coloray successfully held a tug-of-war team building event on the afternoon of May 23rd in the company's central garden. Themed "Unite as One, Enjoy the Summer", the event was organized by the HR department and saw enthusiastic participation from all staff, with a lively and well-ordered atmosphere throughout.

A Warm-Up Undeterred by the Summer Heat

Despite the blazing afternoon sun, employee enthusiasm remained undimmed. Before the event began, the HR team had already completed all preparations — venue setup, equipment arrangement, and team organization. Participants from various departments lined up in high spirits, ready to compete. Once the host announced the rules and safety guidelines, the tug-of-war competition officially got underway.

Undeterred by the heat and soaked through with sweat, participants held on through every round until the final moment — embodying in action the conviction that unity is strength, and showcasing the spirit and character of Coloray's people.

After multiple intense rounds, one team emerged victorious through outstanding coordination and collective strength, claiming the championship title and taking home the "Cool Summer Champion Gift Pack". All other participating teams received a "Cool Summer Participation Gift Pack" in recognition of their enthusiasm and effort throughout the day.

Watermelon, Smiles, and a Shared Moment

After the competition, the company treated all employees to refreshing watermelon and other cooling snacks. Staff gathered together to share food, swap stories, and enjoy each other's company in a relaxed and warm atmosphere.
